We ensure 100% authenticity of our products at Revlon.co.in, all our items are genuine and directly sourced/produced, which eliminates the chances of any counterfeit & frauds. If you have any concerns about the products authenticity of any items purchased from our website, please drop us an email on customercell@modibeautyproducts.com and we will be happy to address.

 

Return Policy

We accept returns of damaged, wrong and expired products within 7 days of the date of receipt, please drop us an email with images and stating the reason at customercell@modibeautyproducts.com and our team will get in touch and help till completion of the process.

Reverse pickup request will be assigned to concerned team in 28-48 hours and products will be picked up in 7 working days.

Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]

Free gift (if any) received with the item ordered also needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in 10 working days from the date of receipt of returned products.

For prepaid orders: Amount will be refunded back in credit card, debit card or net banking.

For COD orders: Paytm or account transfer will be used for refunding back the amount

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled if it is in pending stage – Please drop us an email  at customercell@modibeautyproducts.com  with reasons for cancellations. Once request is accepted, you will be notified in 1-2 workings days about the cancellation, money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
